Shortly after moving into our new rental home, we noticed that a couple of rooms weren't getting any air conditioning—despite the vents already being open for each room. Chris S. arrived and had all of our issues resolved in minutes! He was so friendly and attentive (calling to update us on his ETA a couple of times before even arriving). And he was not bothered at all that I managed to miss every call and immediately call him right back. Chris also took a minute to help us improve our air filter and thermostat habits in order to make things smarter, easier, and hands-free for us going forward. I had a fantastic experience with Caryl Mechanics. When I needed urgent repairs, they were at my house within 24 hours, which was incredibly impressive. It took a week to get parts, but it was right after a big storm and the delay was understandable. Travis, the technician who came out 3 times, was exceptional. He quickly pinpointed the problem and took care of it efficiently. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and offered several useful recommendations for future maintenance. Christopher S. performed a service call for me this morning due to issue with blower fan running constantly. He quickly figured out the problem, replaced the blower fan, and tested all within an hour. Additionally, he provided much more information than my previous provider ever did in 5 years of service. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and kind when he gave me the best quote of three companies and installed a new air conditioner unit and furnace last week.
