Shortly after moving into our new rental home, we noticed that a couple of rooms weren't getting any air conditioning—despite the vents already being open for each room. Chris S. arrived and had all of our issues resolved in minutes! He was so friendly and attentive (calling to update us on his ETA a couple of times before even arriving). And he was not bothered at all that I managed to miss every call and immediately call him right back. Chris also took a minute to help us improve our air filter and thermostat habits in order to make things smarter, easier, and hands-free for us going forward. After recently purchasing a home I found your companies info on the breaker box in the garage, I assumed since your company installed our system, I would contact your company to maintain it, and I was very pleased with my decision. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The prices are reasonable for the annual maintenance package and the employee who came out was Christopher S. He was on time, and not only very professional, but also quite knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions in a way that made sense to me. Chris also had a great way of explaining the reasoning behind why certain filters work better than others and in the process managed to actually save me money on the kind of filters I usually buy. Chris also took the time to go over a couple things I should keep an eye on in order to potentially catch future minor issues with my ac before they have the chance to get worse. I really appreciated his patience with me as I had many questions. So long as my experience with your company continues to be positive like it was when Chris came out for my appointment, I believe that I have found my go to company for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. I had a problem come up with my AC system and Chris S. came to check it out for me same day on a Saturday even though it was his day off. The company wouldn’t have had anyone able to come out for two days, but the office receptionist McKenzie called Chris S to let him know the situation and he came within two hours of my call.
